The Domain Names com, net, org, biz, and info are the property of their respective owners. When you register and use a Domain Name directly beneath one of these Domain Names, the registered name becomes the property of the registrant, which you will be given an opportunity to specify when you choose to register the name. Crackerjack Networking Solutions registers Domain Names for it's customers using technology provided by eNom Name Services. When registering a Domain Name with whyI, you, Crackerjack Networking Solutions, and eNom are bound by the terms of eNom's Registration Agreement. For more information about your rights when you register a Domain Name with whyI, please see eNom's Registration Agreement which is available at http://www.enom.com/help/agreement.asp.

The Domain Names yi.org, whyI.org, weedns.com, and b0b.org are the property of Crackerjack Networking Solutions and/or it's affiliates. When you register and use a Domain Name directly beneath one of these Domain Names, the registered name shall remain the property of Crackerjack Networking Solutions and/or it's affiliates and the use of such Subdomain Names does not guarantee, express, or imply any rights to said Name, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

Crackerjack Networking Solutions and its affiliates does not officially review or monitor any web sites or other content published on subdomains that yi.org provides DNS, redirection or other service for and are not responsible for the content of any such referenced web sites.

yi.org is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of continued service or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.

Your use of yi.org is at your own risk. Neither Crackerjack Networking Solutions nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, or the general availability and uptime of the services. You hereby waive any and all claims against Crackerjack Networking Solutions, or its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of your use of yi.org.

Crackerjack Networking Solutions agrees to provide services to paying customers in good standing for as long as yi.org continues to function in the capacity of providing Internet Services to the public. Users who are not paying customers may have their Services terminated at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of Crackerjack Networking Solutions and it's affiliates. When you make a donation to yi.org, you agree that your donation is a donation and not a payment, and that it may be used to pay for the costs of maintaining and operating whyI's services. You also agree that your donation does not give you a right to any extra privilige not extended to people receiving free services.

This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to Crackerjack Networking Solutions and whyI shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
